The Grief & Trauma Workshop is a support group that assists participants in the process of grieving recent and past losses, (grief is not limited to death, but also childhood trauma, broken relationships, loss of jobs, etc).

This workshop meets at our Northside location: 1011 Broadway Ave N., Suite 100 Minneapolis, MN 55411. Your cohort runs as an 8 week program, you must RSVP to reserve your spot if the current cohort has already started or is full.
