Naloxone (Narcan) Training

Since January of 2020, the Twin Cities Recovery Project has been teaching the public how to use Naloxone (Narcan) to reverse an opioid overdose, as well as providing the community with Naloxone kits.

Narcan is a fast-acting opioid antagonist, meaning it binds to the opioid receptors in the brain, removing and reversing the effects of any current opiates in someone’s system. We have been making it a priority to provide completely accurate, non-judgmental information on opiates, naloxone, fentanyl, stigma about opioids and recovery from them, and addressing any myths or falsehoods regarding any of the previously mentioned topics. All of our in-person training sessions are interactive, and we address any and all questions that the group asks.

Join us today at 5:30pm at our Northside location:
1011 Broadway Ave N. Suite 100
Minneapolis, MN 55411
